Entrance congestion for vehicles!!! The confusing hotel layout with concierge on a different floor is frustrating. Beware of the unexpected cash deposit requirement and unprofessional behavior from housekeepers not wearing shoes while cleaning!!!

I stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the comfortable mattresses and large pillows. The location made it easy to walk to shopping areas. The tuk-tuk service was a fun addition! 🚕

We stayed in a Superior King Room for six nights and felt right at home. The breakfast spread was vast and delicious, making each morning delightful. The staff, especially Mr Garfield and Mr Alex, provided attentive service that truly enhanced our stay. A convenience store nearby would be a great addition for snacks.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to major shopping centers, and the staff, especially Mild, provided great service. However, the front desk process could be smoother, and the pool was quite small for my kids. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

A reliable pick for a weekend excursion in Bangkok with excellent value for money. The breakfast was a super feast, one of the best I've had. Make sure to take advantage of the pool area for great views.
